Terahertz Longitudinal Modes in Organic-Inorganic Hybrid Perovskites

THz spectroscopy is powerful to characterize the materials because the evaluated dielectric components Im[ε] indicate the low-frequency infrared-active vibrational modes. Here, we evaluated the energy loss function Im [-1/ε], representing the longitudinal excitation, and showed that it is critical for the optoelectronic properties.
