Negotiating transition between cultures: graduate student peer networkingfor professional development

摘要

The genesis for the special topic session came from personal experiences by the session organizers during previous ITAA annual conferences. Through serendipitous circumstances, we met other graduate students during two previous ITAA annual conferences. After these experiences, we realized the personal value in developing peer networks during graduate school.
