Cost effectiveness analysis of a complex system is analysed which comprises of three units P, Q and R in which unit P is major unit while as unit Q and R are minor units arranged in a way that system will fail when either unit P will fail or both the units Q and R fails completely. Repairman is always available in which major unit gets priority over repair while as minor units are repaired by repairman on first come first service basis. The failure time distributions of unit-P, Q and R are taken exponential while as their repair time distribution assumed to be general. The various reliability measures of system have been obtained and analyzed.
