An Integrated Analysis of the Main Problems a New Business Faces and Viable Suggestions

In the start-up, a new business may face various problems which could adverse its development, or even cause failure. Aiming to call new entrepreneurs' attention to avoid those difficulties, the paper concentrates on analysis of three essential elements of a new firm which may be in trouble including marketing, finance, and management. By combining previous studies and surveying a certain number of new enterprises, it indicates the reasons of problems, compares the situation between a new enterprise and other business which established for a longer time, and suggests a number of solutions to those difficulties.
