Modeling Framework for Document Flow in Office Automation System for Colleges and Universities

摘要

The main goal of this work is to investigate basic models for document management environment and to meet the needs of colleges and universities' office automation system . Firstly, it presnts design principles of electronic document flow system in the paper. Secondly, document works were divided into three main types and built model framework respectively according to workflow technology. Finally, visulization interface design played an important role in document tracking in order to guarantee electronic document running smoothly. Aimed at promoting the information construction of colleges and universities, this work provided new templates in detail as a reference for office automation.
