An Efficient STBC-AFDE using a LS-Initialization for Wireless Network

摘要

In this paper, we propose efficient adaptive frequency domain equalization for space-time block-coded transmissions. This method allows STBC transmissions for wireless network with reduced complexity and lower system overhead. The adaptation scheme is based on a initialization using LS and adaptation using RLS for lower complexity and faster convergence; nevertheless, it exploits the code structure to attain RLS performance at LMS complexity.
