Research on understanding of the behavior of human thorax during CPR are done by many authors including Ref. [1-3]. In all previous work a single degree of freedom with a nonlinear spring and a point mass is used to model the biological system. In the present work we propose a two degrees of freedom model with a nonsymmetric shape based on von Mises trass model, von Mises trass [4-6] is a touchstone for various approaches to the study of more complex thin-walled structures, which played an important role in the theory of stability of elastic and viscoelastic structures [7]. After driving the equation of motion of the mechanical model, numerical result showing the equilibrium paths and singularities of load deflections are will be presented.
