摘要

The crystal structure of Nomolt, a well known IGR, has been established, and it gave a new conformation of the urea linkage: all the atoms of the linkage was coplanar for the formation of intramolecular hydrogen bond. From the crystal data, we assembled the bioactivity unit of BPU and diary oxadiazole to design and synthesize oxadiazole type BPU, which show high activity of IGR. For the further research of QSAR, we also established the crystal structure of N-(5-phenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-yl)-N'-benzoyl urea, and the urea linkage was also coplanar for the formation of intrarmolecular hydrogen bond. This makes the molecule seems to be a four -ring compound combined by sigma bonds.
