This paper deals with dietary fiber process using wheat bran or brewer's dried grain (BDG) gas raw materials. The "fine" dietary fiber from BDG is free of harmful componetn, and its composition and quality are similar to the products made in USA. On application of the dietary fiber, capsule and enriched biscuit were manufactured and were taken to clinical observotion.
