Introduction: Autism is a neurodevelopmental disorder, which characterized by impairments in social interaction, communication and a markedly restricted repertoire of social activity and interests (Ke, 2008). Recent neuroimaging studies provide evidence to prove that children with autism simultaneous associate with a Corpus Callosum (CC) deficit (Brambilla, 2003). CC is an essential white matter component for brain interhemispheric communication which is responsible for conduction of signals between homologous and heterotypic cortical regions.
