摘要

The heating loads are changing individually according to the locations of the flat and meteorological conditions. Even if hot water for heating at peak load is adequately provided to each flat, the rate of partial load is different according to the location of the fiat. The hot water from the district heating plant is supplied to satisfy the room temperature of the flat which rate of partial load is highest. So most of flats are supplied overheating and some flats is much higher room temperature and some flats open the window to cool the room. This paper calculates the overheating and estimates saving energy by reducing overheating load with individual valve control. The energy saving by reduction of overheating is estimated 16% of annual heating energy.
