摘要

This paper discusses the issue of attaining competitive advantage through Human Resources Management. First, we use three economic perspectives to explain the important of human resources. Then, we examine previous research. Finally, we propose a model which contain three levels--conceptual, operational, and behavioral, to explain how an organization can achieve competitiveness only through the fit among these three levels. Finally, we employ three consulting case studies to illustrate our model.
