With the adoption of the new technologies like the high oscillation frequency and low oscillation swing of mould, accurately controlling meniscus fluctuation, optimizing SEN depth, constant casting velocity, and low cooling water of mould, TISCO has improved greatly the surface quality of 304 stainless steel slab, of which the non-grinding slab is more than 60%, and the surface quality of the cold rolled coils also has been improved.
