Design Features of Bloom and Round Billet CCM in Special Steel Plant of Laiwu Iron Steel Co

摘要

Many advance technologies have been used in the new 3 strands bloom and round billet CCM in special steel plant of Laiwu Iron & Steel Co., such as mould hydraulic oscillation, M-EMS and F-EMS and so on. Process equipments and automation of the caster have reached the advanced domestic standards, and the quality of products improved obviously. Especially, the quality of Φ280mm round billet has satisfied the user's needs.
