An oscillation synchro-control model was established through analyzing influence of frequency, amplitude and factor of non-sinusoidal oscillation on effectiveness of mold oscillation and distortion of initial solidifying shell as casting SPHC with 2.0 m·min-1 speed, as well as, the relevant oscillation parameters were determined as casting speed increased to 2.2 m·min-1. The results shown that frequency should be decreased and amplitude and factor should be increased properly with casting speed to improve oscillation effectiveness and shape of oscillation marks, and values of frequency, amplitude and factor were chosen to be 140 min-1, ±4.5 mm and 0.25 respectively as casting speed 2.2 m·min-1.
