摘要

In this paper, the solidification mathematical model of round bloom is established. By measuring surfacetemperature of strand on the site, the heat transfer coefficient of model is modified, and making the model calculatingresult more accurate. Then using solidification model and aim temperature curve, secondary cooling system of Φ400mmround bloom is developed successfully in curved caster, the quality of round bloom strand is qualified by macrostructureexamination.
