Introduction Manipulation of ruminant milk yield and composition via dietary means is relatively straightforward.Effects of diet on milk yield (Gagliostro and Chilliard,1991;Nudda et al.,2009) and milk composition,fatty acid profile (Kadegowda et al.,2008;Luna et al.,2008) have been investigated extensively.Because milk fat hasa greater sensitivity to dietary manipulation either than protein or lactose affect on alter the yield and fatty acid composition of milk.
