摘要

This report describes a convenient and efficient method for site-directed immobilization of antibodies to silicon wafer surface modified by 3-aminopropyltriethoxylsilane (APTES). X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), enzyme immunoassay(ElA), and atomic force microscopy(AFM) were used to characterize the immobilized surfaces.
