The key technique of swept wing distributedrnroughness laminar flow control technique isrnhow to confirm the cross-flow disturbancernwavelength used to control transition. Thernoptimum control wavelength of infinite sweptrnwing is studied with the point of physicalrnmechanism of control wave and flow interaction.rnThe method to determine the wavelength isrndiscussed in this paper. By using this method,rn8mm is the optimum control wavelength underrnSaric's experimental condition which consistsrnwith Saric's experimental result. By usingrnadaptive search method 1.72mm is obtained asrnthe optimum control wavelength under NWPUrnmodel testing condition. By using silk-screenrntechnique roughness array with roughnessrnelements spacing of 1.7mm is added at leadingedgernx/c=4%, and transition location is delayedrnto trailing-edge.
