Application of Fuzzy Set Pair Analysis Method in Ship Energy Consumption Assessment

In order to solve the ambiguity and uncertainty of the factors affecting the ship energy consumption assessment, the fuzzy set pair analysis method is used to form a set pair of energy consumption and ideal conditions. Comprehensive and comprehensive assessment results are obtained from proximity, uncertainty, and trend level analysis. The example analysis verifies the validity of applying the fuzzy set pair analysis to the evaluation of the ship's energy consumption.
