This paper proposes a trust assessment method based on multi-dimensional normal cloud properties which could effectively describe the business credit for traditional credit risk assessment methodology, timeliness, and other problems. Firstly, use a one-dimensional cloud model to describe five individual properties and generate multidimensional property Trust assessment cloud. Then introduce time decay factor to analyze business credit history information from its average and rate of change. This establishes corresponding cloud credibility, risks of cloud, and whole property description system multidimensional attribute cloud. Finally, by comparing the similarities of the two cloud model evaluation results, we can obtain the experimental results which show this model worked feasible, effective, and provided users with a more intuitive and effective trust decisions.
