Application of MATLAB Software in Reliability Verification Test of Success or Failure Product

摘要

In the reliability test, fixed number testing scheme is used for the test, the scheme can be made according to the national standard GB/T 5080.5-1985 by look-up table, but the table provides limited data, sometimes need interpolation. This paper presents a fast establishment method for fixed number testing program of reliability verification test, the method can rapidly set up a fixed number testing scheme according to the given product reliability, the identification ratio and the risk value of both the producer and the user.
