Modern architecture of global value chains and value chain management of Russia

摘要

Globalization of the economy and fast scientific and technical progress resulted in the situation when competitiveness of the country's industries is defined by their position in the international labor division and their involvement in global chain structures. Management of an enterprise, cluster and regional economy can be analyzed based on the concept of global value chains. The paper analyzes principles, advantages and disadvantages of global value chains applied to increase management efficiency of a modern enterprise, cluster of companies and regional economy. Application of this approach can enhance business processes of an enterprise, its architecture.
