摘要

Load rate is an important indicator of local power supply and consumption and the research on load rate is significant for the development of low-carbon power grid. In this paper, an effective load regulation scheme for Shaanxi local power grid is presented. Using largest exponent algorithm, short-term load forecasting is conducted. Based on the prediction result, the influence of large scale cool storage air-conditioning and electric vehicle on load rate is analyzed through daily load curve superposition method. Finally, a load regulation scheme is put forward and simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
