摘要

Some researches have indicated that 24-epibrassinolide (EBL) improved crop drought adaptation by increasing the experssion of abscisic acid (ABA).In order to investigate the effect of EBL on grass pea seedings (Lathyrus sativus L.) and its related mechanism, the pot experiment was conducted using exogenous application with 0.1 mg/L EBL in leaves of grass pea seedling plant growth chamber to 50% field water capicity (FC), we synchronously tracked some physiological changes containing proline content, antioxidant enymes activity (SOD and CAT),reactive oxygen species (O2-and H2O2), malondialdehyde, ABA and β-ODAP content in leaves.
