Study on Influencing Factors of Side Neck Point in Turn-down Collar

摘要

Four influencing factors which are vertical rising size,collar width，neck open and up to neck size were selected as the research subjects affecting the SNP performance.With the assistance of orthogonal experiment method and statistical method,the linearly relationships were constructed between the influencing factors and the ultimate appearance，solving the problem of setting the side neck point in the pattern making within the size of stand collar， outside lapel collar and the angle.In conclusion， collar width canle as the primary index for the final effect except for the angle which leaning mostly on the neck open.The 4 equations concluded in this paper presented the relationships of influencing factors in turn-down collar，and also with the computer simulation would be easier to established.
