摘要

Duo to the complexity of technology, innovation depends more on cooperation. As a cooperative form, technical standard alliance becomes more and more popular for the development of technology innovation. However, the problem of partner selection in technical standard alliance requires discussion. This paper discusses the problem of index weighting on evaluation index system of partner selection in technical standard alliance. In order to know indicators' relative importance, this paper uses fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weights of indicators. Results present the relative importance of all indicators. As an example of first layer index, the results indicate that "management and culture" is the most important indicator while "infnrmationization" is the least. Also, this paper analyzes the variation of indicator weight under the changes of uncertainty degree by simulation.
