Respected delegates and guests: First of all, on behalf of China National Cotton Exchange, I would like to congratulate on 2009 China International Cotton Conference and welcome all guests and delegates from China and the world. The topic of my speech is "Speed up Construction of Modem Logistics System and Enhance the service level of China Cotton Trade". Last year, in order to cope with the impact from international financial crisis, Chinese Government decided to allocate RMB 4 trillion Yuan to stimulate the Chinese economy.
