摘要

The color of pork is a very important index on judging its edible safety.This paper studies the effect of the different light source on the classification result of meat sample using computer visual system.Results show that the classification result and light source is relevant. Therefore,for the sake of making judgment conclusion consistent, except for choosing light source correctly,we need to still study the effect of light source to judgment result problem. The spectral reflectance curves of color-grading blocks and meat samples are tested with UV-Vis-NIR spectrophotometer of Lambda 9,which has greater difference.When different light source is used, metamerism character of pork color will be destroyed,which results in the difference classification results, namely,it is very necessary to develop new standard color-grading blocks.
