Expounding the guiding ideology and basic ideas on practice teaching system of food quality and safety specialty, building the framework of practice teaching system on this specialized subject, that is, the practice of teaching power system, target system, content system, management system and conditions system. In the content system, described in detail the labor class series, series of awareness training, basic skills training and enhanced skills training and other specific requirements and measures. In the management system, describes the measures and methods on content management of practice teaching, operation management of the practical teaching and quality management of practice teaching.
