摘要

It is of great theoretical and practical significance for the university to carry out harmonious performance evaluation. This paper elaborates the connotation of harmonious performance evaluation of university teachers, and addresses the importance of harmonious performance evaluation, such as promoting the integration of the university and teachers' development, comprehensive and sustainable development of teachers, scientific management of the university, as well as organic integration between incentive and developmental performance evaluation. It also proposes countermeasures for harmonious performance evaluation of university teachers that include creating harmonious culture of performance evaluation, building harmonious basis for performance evaluation, emphasizing several important harmonious relationships in performance evaluation and so on.
