摘要

The current employability of Chinese university students is unable to meet the actual needs of the human resources market. In the process of transition of higher education from elite education to mass education, attention should be paid to cultivation of university students' employability. On the one hand, we shall incorporate cultivation of employability into classroom teaching; on the other hand, we shall increase the proportion of practical teaching and meanwhile establish a scientific assessment and follow-up mechanism for the employability of university students to form a new personnel training model of institutions of higher learning meeting the needs of China's social and economic development.
机译:当前中国大学生的就业能力无法满足人力资源市场的实际需求。在高等教育由精英教育向大众教育过渡的过程中,应重视对大学生就业能力的培养。一方面,我们将对就业能力的培养纳入课堂教学中;另一方面,要加大实践教学的比重,同时建立科学的考核和跟进机制,对大学生的就业能力形成适应我国社会经济需求的高等学校人才培养新模式发展。
