According to the existing problems in the traditional mode of postgraduate student education, we studied the measures how to enhance the innovation awareness, improve the various links of postgraduate training scheme and the level of instructors in guiding the scientific research, and set up mechanism for inspiring of postgraduates' subjective initiative and innovation spirit. And the results will be help to perfecting the training platform and improving the innovation capability of postgraduate student.
