With the development of educational reform and internationalization of higher education, college and university teachers flow more and more frequently than before. Many colleges and universities attach more importance to the effect of economical contract in stimulating teachers, and ignoring the important effect of psychological contract on their behavior. In my opinion, to strengthen management of teachers in colleges and universities, it is necessary to construct psychological contract. The theory of psychological contract opens some new windows to the management of college and university teachers from another point of view, and it is to promote the reform of the management.
