Firstly based on the factor analysis ten indexes ware adopted, which explored regional disparity of education for 18 municipalities in Henan province, three principal components as well as its factor score ware carried out, which can provide scientific basis for directing and planning the education development of Henan province. Then based on SOM neural network method, the cluster for the 18 municipalities is made which could be divided into four classes. The results reveal the difference of 18 municipalities are apparent, and accordance with the local economic development level. Finally its reasons ware analyzed and some policy making supports ware offered.
