摘要

The field of nanoscale systems is important for fundamental physics as well as for many new applications. Nanometer -sized structures and systems are an intermediate form of media hat fills the gap between atoms and bulk materials. Both development and investigation of nano-composites based on metal-containing polymer (MPNC) are one pair of important fields of nanotechnology. The MPNC consist two-phase system for metal- containing nano-particles (NPs) in polymeric matrix. Use of different polymers as dielectric matrix calls forth the evolution of a new science trend- plastic electronics. At present time it is well-known that properties of MPNC limits from metallic phase concentration or percolation concentration x. In MPNC bulk cluster is formed for percolation concentration NPs more than some the critical one (x > x_c).
