摘要

Conductive polymers are essential for low ESR electrolytic capacitors. Because of its high conductivity and temperature stability the conductive polymer poly[3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene] (PEDT) is widely used in the capacitor industry. In this paper we will present studies on the temperature stability, conductivity and polymerisation kinetics of PEDT. Furthermore we will describe a new process for tantalumiobium anodes that allows impregnation of high CV anodes within only a few cycles.
