Design of Open Telematics Service Based on Open Gateway and Framework: A Service Bundle Approach to Provide an Open Telematics Environment

In this paper, we propose a service bundlernapproach to provide an open Telematicsrnenvironment. We developed an open telematicsrnsystem based on the open gateway and frameworkrnwhich is independent on a specific mobile networkrnand is interoperable with other telematics systems.rnWe also follow an extended global Telematicsrnprotocol (GTP) for mobile office service which canrnprovide a lot of services together for subscribedrnmembers.
