摘要

novel imidazole chemiluminescence assay was as sensitive as the luminol based assay. The imidazole chemiluminescence was superior to lophine chemiluminescence for assaying H_2O_2, because imidazole was more soluble in aqueous solutions than lophine. Therefore the imidazole chemiluminescence method is applicable to quantitative assay of H_2O_2 in clinical specimens.
