Purposeful search physiologically active compounds (PAC) with participation of nicotinic acid (NA) and some alkaline and alkaline earth metals

By interaction of NA with carbonates of a lithium and potassium and with magnesia and calcium the conforming salts of NA are obtained. The pharmacological researches of these salts have shown that NA of lithium has the expressed psychotropic effect of tranquilizalional character. The magnesium and the potassium salts of NA in an admixture have cardiotropic action, including antiarrhytmical. The calcium salt in experiment has appreciable antiarrhytmical action in the attitude of an anaphylaxis and contact dermatitis.
