INVESTGATION INTO SOIL LIFTING AND THROWING OF UP-CUT TILLING PARTS AND ITS APPLICATION

摘要

A mathematical model about the amount of soil lifting and throwing of rotary tilling parts was established by using Up-Cut tilling theory. According to the technical requirements of Saline Filming Machine (SFM), a soil lifting and throwing device was developed. Results of field test showed that the device has good function of soil lifting and throwing. This study works out a solution of common problems about SFM, such as complicated mechanism, poor reliability of soil transporting device, and sequentially expands applications of agricultural machinery parts.
