摘要

The genetic relationship of ten representative species of Buckwheat collected in north western of Sichuan was analyzed by using random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD)and Isozyme marker. The obtained results showed that a total of 388 bands were detected in 14 random primer combinations selected from 40 combinations among ten species.Of these bands, 352(90.7%)were polymorphic.Fifteen peroxjdaSe enzyme bands(POD)could differentiate ten species, while 10 esterase isozyme(EST)bands distinguish these species.Cluster analysis divided them into four groups, 1)Esmtice (A'ba), F.gracilipes var.odontopterum(A'ba);2)Fagopyrum tataricum;3)Egracilipes, Var.odontopterum, F.gracilipes and 4)cymosum(Xichang), F.esculentum, F.cymosum(A'ba), F.cymosum(Ya'an).
