The small and medium-sized enterprise problem is a worldwide question, in the fierce competitionin the market of the small and medium-sized enterprise, high birth rates, high close rate is an important prob-lem of small and medium-sized enterprises faced. In recent days, wenzhou and other places happened "runroad tide", "collapse tide" lead people's attention. This paper is main to research the process of managementof the risks thev might face, reasons and valuation model.
