Implication of RFID Technology in Intelligent Optical Fiber Inspect System

摘要

To meet the needs of lines maintenance for optical fiber communication, a new optical fiber inspectsystem was devised based on RFID technology which includes：the inspecting point, the inspect instrument,the management system. The system combines radio frequency identification, global positioning satellite,embedded systems technology, and to intelligently manage the regular cable line maintenance personnel traveling and temporary road conditions, while taking advantage of the system management platform built for alllevels of maintenance and management personnel to provide intelligent information services. It will be usedmore and more widely.
