摘要

The article utilizes the SWOT analysis model,analyzed the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats faced by the Taobao. Under the reasonable assumptions,recommendations are given to promote the competitiveness of E-commerce Website in different circumstances by using the SWOT analysis model,which helps to promote the ability to respond to the external environment and the core competitiveness of E-commerce Websit.
