The present invention provides an unloading device for transporting cargo disposed inside a ship to the ground through a loading/unloading conveyor, comprising: a connection part connected to one end of the loading/unloading conveyor; an unloading part disposed below the connection part and collecting cargo inside the ship; and a buffer part disposed between the connection part and the unloading part and absorbing an impact applied to the unloading part, and a continuous unloading machine including the same.
