PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new composition for improving allergic rhinitis symptoms. The inventor of the present application has diligently studied and found that β-carotene has an action of improving allergic rhinitis symptoms. That is, by using a composition containing β-carotene as a contributing component, it is possible to improve allergic rhinitis symptoms, improve QOL reduction caused by allergic rhinitis, and suppress sneezing caused by allergic rhinitis.
