To propose a renovation plan capable of reducing a health risk.SOLUTION: A method and a system for proposing a renovation of a building are disclosed. The method includes a step S1 of measuring first information relating to an internal environment of a building, a step S2 of inputting the first information into a computer, a step S3 of calculating, based on the first information, a health risk assumed for an occupant of the building, and a step S4 of determining a renovating plan of the building for reducing the health risk based on the health risk.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
