The virtual reality photobook generation method of the virtual reality experiential learning system according to an embodiment of the present invention is the virtual reality experiential learning in real time by executing the virtual reality experiential learning content, photographing one or more learners, and recording the one or more learner images in real time. synthesizing and playing the content in a specific area of the screen; capturing the virtual reality experiential learning content screen in which the one or more learner images are synthesized as an image when a photo taking input of the learner or the leader is detected; reading information of each of the one or more learners included in the image; storing each of the images corresponding to each of the read learners; constructing a learner image database in which images are stored for each learner by performing the image storage in the above manner during execution of the virtual reality experiential learning content; and generating a virtual reality photobook corresponding to each learner with an image for each learner stored in the learner image database.
