A method for generating a risk assessment model. The method comprises: pre-processing multiple pieces of declaration information to obtain multiple first entries comprised in the multiple pieces of declaration information (S110); performing graph network analysis on information related to the multiple first entries to generate a first result (S120); performing feature engineering processing on the multiple first entries to generate a second result (S130); and training a neural network by using the first result and the second result to obtain a risk assessment model (S140).
